This is California pizza. It was pretty good by “food” standards, but horrible by “pizza” standards; the crust was like flatbread, and the sauce didn’t have much flavor at all.
California has black squirrels in addition to the gray ones I’m used to. This is the first time I was able to catch one of the little buggers on camera.
